Boundary Survey This is the most basic type of survey and officially shows your boundary. Our final product consists of monuments at the corners of your property and a wooden lath next to all the property monuments. Irons pipes are often used as monuments to indicate your property corner; the wooden lath is not the corner and only helps you easily find the monuments later. A survey crew will attempt to locate your original property monuments. If they are unable to find these original markers then they use neighboring property monuments to reestablish your boundary.
